Keep Subject short, to the point. Example: Pacific PD Officer John Doe or Pacific City Hall.
In the Message be as specific as possible. Dates, times, location, what happened, who was involved etc.
Don’t include any personal information you wouldn’t want anyone to have.
Use a free file hosting service to post pictures, videos and audio (maybe once funding comes in, i can spend $$$ a month for a full functioning forum.
Being a specific as possible will help attract a volunteer to assist.
This opens up advertising from attorneys if you have a case.
This will help Auditors narrow in their response quicker. Now we can simply look at each topic separately by state.
